address or other details with a third party - company or individual
- without your expressed consent. We may, from time to time, send
you information relating to HunterMedia products and services
if we believe they may be of interest to you. If we do, and you
prefer not to receive such information from HunterMedia, contact
us with your email address and the word "Delete" and
we'll remove your address from our database immediately.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for marketing purpose nor to store any personally
identifying information about you. Most areas of our website do
not use cookies at all. However, we do use a cookie within our
restricted access areas, i.e. areas where you must log in to gain
access.
A cookie is a small snippet of information stored in your web
browser for HunterMedia's server to use. In particular, we use
a cookie to store your login and session information, and to keep
track of the last time you visited. More precisely, the following
information is stored in the cookie:
- Your username.
- Your session and token number for log-in tracking.
- Time of your last visit, last session and some date and time
display format information.
In order for restricted access areas of our website to function
correctly and smoothly, our server needs to know who you are and
to allocate you a session key to allow you access to each restricted
web page. Without a cookie you would need to enter your log-in
details each time you try to access a different web page. For
this reason, please ensure that your browser is set to allow basic
cookies before logging-in.
You can remove the Cookie from your browser at anytime simply
by clicking the 'Log out' link provided in the top menu bar. Cookie
logins are more secure than the standard login.
